We are fortunate to have a fantastic team of dedicated people working at Vastrap in our crop and livestock farming activities. We have 18 permanent staff members and a farm manager, André Scheepers who has been with us since 2005. There are 11 people in the crop team (blue overalls) and 7 people in livestock (orange overalls).
We have a very low turnover rate of staff and several family members are part of the team. Five of our retired workers and families are still living on the farm. We house about 120 staff and their family members at Vastrap and our adjacent farm Diepgezicht.
