We would like to thank everyone that made the effort to attend or bid on the 2019 Vastrap Auction. We had a very successful auction and we are humbled by the support and interest in our animals. The prices were high and that is obviously the prime measure of how people judge the success of an auction. The turnout on the day was bigger than ever and the fun and camaraderie we had the night before the auction was a highlight. The complements we received about the food and the overall positive experience of the attendees as well as the auctioneering staff are just as important – many even commentated that were returning next year for Marisa’s fudge rather than the cattle!

Thank you to everyone involved as seller, buyers and staff to make this the highlight of our calendar. We are truly humbled and feel extremely blessed with the success achieved.
